Synergy go ‘Masterchef’ for Charity

Jenny Howard (Marketing Manager) from our Hemel Hempstead Office has decided to put on her apron and open a pop up restaurant on 25th November at the Olde Leather Bottle pub in Hemel Hempstead in aid of the Hospice of St Francis.

Academies Capital Maintenance Fund Announcement

The Department for Education has just released new information regarding Round 1 of the Academies Capital Maintenance Fund financial year 2014-15. The Academies Capital Maintenance Fund (ACMF) is available to academies for building condition and expansion projects.

An update on recent and proposed reforms to planning legislation

The government is consulting over relaxations to permitted development to allow shops and existing agricultural buildings up to 150sq.m to change to residential, which could equate to a five bedroom house or three small flats.
