Synergy Lecture at Architectural Association

Duncan, a Partner of Synergy Construction and Property Consultants LLP, who leads our Heritage Team from the Bath Office (formerly Bare, Leaning and Bare) is lecturing to students at the Architectural Association on the subject of Cost Control today.

With over 20 years’ experience, Duncan has developed a particular expertise and skill in the cost and project management of the repair to and alteration of existing buildings, especially those of historic and architectural importance. He has been involved in the repair and conservation of buildings as notable as St Paul’s Cathedral, Wellington Arch and Apethorpe Hall.

Duncan is a member of the RICS Conservation Forum, Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings (SPAB) and Association for Studies in the Conservation of Historic Buildings (ASCHB), and regularly gives talks and lectures on this subject within the field of conservation.
