“Synergy Construction & Property Consultants were the School’s preferred quantity surveyors for our new project to build ‘state of the art’ learning facilities for the pre-prep department and an art, design and technology suite of classrooms all contained in a two storey building. The construction raised various challenges from the outset with the demolition of an existing building on the site and the requirement to blister on to existing classrooms without interruption. The design and materials that were to be used to produce an environmentally friendly building also gave the Quantity Surveyors some headaches to resolve. I am pleased to say that Synergy always managed to ensure their client was given a first class service and ensured that the costs were kept to budget.”
