Diagrid roof now taking shape at Benenden School

A fantastic birds-eye view of the spectacular diagrid roof being installed at Benenden School’s new hall and music school.

The complex 3D timber roof will include fins radiating into the atrium of the building. As well as visually beautiful, the striking structure delivers acoustic properties for the performance space below.

The new 750 seat hall, will provide an outstanding performance space for the school. It will be linked to a new music school which will provide unsurpassed facilities including a number of practice, rehearsal, percussion and song rooms along with a 150-seat Recital Hall.

Synergy are providing Project Management and Cost Consultancy services on this project designed by Guy Holloway Architects.
