Kam Grewal

Following the completion of his Construction Management degree at the University of Greenwich, Kam gained invaluable first-hand practical site experience supporting and managing a range of office and residential refurbishment projects in central London.

From there he has gone on to work for clients including Girls’ Day School Trust, Legal and General and Church Commissioners for England. At Synergy he has been involved in an exciting range of projects such as a major residential reconfiguration, various roofing schemes at multiple academy schools and a refurbishment of a wellbeing centre school science laboratories.

Kam’s experience spans across all project stages, from coordinating design team meetings, managing planning submissions and monitoring programmes, through to snagging and end of defects.

Kam has a keen interest in researching sustainable construction solutions such as Passivhaus and other new low carbon technologies.
