Our Projects: Haydon School Toilet Refurbishment
The ground floor boys’ and girls’ toilet facilities have been remodelled at Haydon School. The goal was to create bright, modern and durable toilet facilities with a more open-plan layout.
The works began with the strip-out and demolition of internal walls and lobbies. This has provided direct corridor access, improving visibility and monitoring of the toilets
Full height cubicles were installed within the open plan layout and hard wearing vanity units and wash troughs were fitted in each area. In addition, the works included new mechanical and electrical services, including drainage and ventilation systems.
Our Building Surveying team completed this project ahead of schedule within the 10 week programme.
