Daniel Wallace is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in construction consultancy, delivering full pre- and post-contract services across a wide range of sectors.
Daniel joined Synergy’s London team as an Associate in 2025.
He has extensive expertise in high-end private residential projects, including new-build houses, complex refurbishments, basement developments, and works to listed and historic properties. Daniel has successfully delivered projects from early feasibility and budgeting through to final account settlement, with project values ranging from £70,000 to over £22 million.
His portfolio includes prestigious country houses, Grade I, II and II* listed buildings, large townhouses in prime London locations, and major rural estates, where sensitivity to heritage, cost certainty, and client objectives is critical.
