Gaby is an RICS-accredited quantity surveyor based in our Guildford office.
A highly proficient QS, Gaby particularly enjoys working on public realm projects for the benefit they bring to local communities. She has provided cost management services across a wide range of building types, including schools (among them SEND schools), leisure facilities, libraries and community centres. Gaby has managed project budgets on schemes up to £25m, from initial viability estimates through to agreeing the final account, working closely with clients to ensure value for money at every stage.
With a university background in Geography, she brings a keen interest in sustainability to the schemes she works on.
Tender analysis is another area where Gaby excels. Her extensive experience analysing data from previous projects has fed into robust benchmarking reports, helping to inform cost estimating and cost planning.
