James is an experienced building surveyor with over 9 years’ experience in the industry. He has worked across a variety of sectors including education, residential, commercial and healthcare.
He has gained a vast amount of experience in various areas of building surveying including Contract Administration, condition surveys, planning and building control design work/applications, PPMs, dilapidations and RCA’s.
He has a sharp eye for design and detail, with a real interest in architectural design and building technology — the kind of curiosity that extends well beyond the day job. Outside work, James is usually behind a camera, developing his own film the old-fashioned way, building PCs from scratch, or hunting down the latest gadget.
He’s now setting his sights on MRICS, the next step in his professional journey.
