Tricia joined Synergy as an Assistant Building Surveyor and swiftly progressed to the role of Building Surveyor.
Tricia began her career as a Building Surveyor 8 years ago and has attained significant experience in the residential, education and commercial sectors during her work for both Lambeth and Hillingdon Council.
Since joining Synergy, Tricia has built up tremendous experience in the education sector, building strong working relationships with school clients. She collaborates confidently and efficiently with all parties of a project team, ensuring projects are delivered to programme and budget.
She has worked on small and medium scale projects and is well versed in performing structural diagnostics followed by offering insightful proposals for remedial repairs.
