Paul joined the practice in 2002 (which was then CM Parker Browne) and was made a Full Partner of Synergy in 2008.

Paul’s construction career started immediately from school, undertaking a four year apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery.

After working on a number of historic buildings, it wasn’t too long before Paul was managing multi-million pound projects on some of the country’s finest historic buildings.

Paul now leads the project management department at Synergy and through extensive knowledge built over many years, he has led and managed construction projects across a diverse range of sectors including education, heritage, ecclesiastical, residential, commercial. Paul also has a specific specialism in the heritage sector including listed buildings, scheduled monuments, historic royal palaces, security sensitive and consular buildings.

Paul’s clients include the Emily Estate, Bath Abbey, Corpus Christi College Oxford, Skinners’ Hall, Thameswey Developments and Tonbridge School amongst many others.
