Paul joined Cook and Butler in 1991, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor the same year. After becoming an Associate in 2000 and a Full Partner in 2002, he played a key role when Cook and Butler became a founder member of Synergy Construction and Property Consultants LLP in 2007. With over 35 years’ experience, Paul brings extensive expertise across a wide range of sectors, with a particular specialism in education and ecclesiastical buildings, advising clients including local authorities, schools, charities, churches and Dioceses. He now continues to support Synergy as a Consultant, sharing his depth of experience and specialist knowledge.
