Tan joined Synergy after completing her RICS accredited degree in building surveying at the University of Coventry.
Throughout her time at Synergy Tan has proven herself to be a driven and dependable individual with an energetic passion for construction. Tan is eager to begin the APC process and become a chartered surveyor in the near future. She has thorough experience of working in the education sector and has a particular expertise of supporting schools with disaster recovery projects such as flood reinstatement works.
