Our Projects: Margam Country Park
We were appointed to provide Cost Consultancy Services for the restoration of the Grade I Listed historic core, including the repair of paths, carved masonry, retaining walls, steps, terraces, water features at Margam Country Park.
Works also included the creation of holiday let in the Temple of Four Seasons and Ivy Cottage. The project was funded via a mix of funding packages i.e. ERDF and Heritage Lottery funding.
