Declan is a Chartered Building Surveyor who has been with Synergy since 2002. In 2024 he became a joint Managing Partner with Duncan Ball and Paul Ginger. Declan is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
Declan is highly experienced in delivering school capital projects on tight budgets and timescales. Primarily working in the South of England, Declan takes on the role of lead consultant (Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Contract Administrator and Principle Designer), assisting clients with all stages of a project from feasibility and strategic planning, through to detailed designing and statutory approvals. He has also successfully assisted numerous schools and academies in the preparation of bid documents to help them secure funding for new projects.
