A big warm welcome to our new starters!

We are delighted to introduce our new starters who have joined Synergy within the past couple of months. The Bath office has grown with the addition of 2 new team members and we have 2 new starters in the Guildford office. Give a big warm welcome to:

Zali Kelly – Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Zali recently joined Synergy’s Bath office as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Her background in the construction industry is diverse with experience in architecture and project management on top of her experience providing cost consultancy. Her passion for historic buildings shines through her enthusiasm to complete her recent Masters degree in Conservation. Zali’s talents don’t stop there – in her spare time she is a cox at her rowing club and also enjoys playing the piano.

Ross McConnell – Senior Project Manager

Also recently joining us in the Bath office is Ross, who has over 16 years experience within large scale contracting, project management and house building. He has a solid track record of successfully leading multi-disciplinary teams through high-value projects completed to tight timescales and budget constraints. His construction knowledge spans across a variety of sectors however he has a particular expertise in delivering commercial projects. Ross is a people person who is already known at Synergy for his approachable and good-humoured nature.

Finn Harris – Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Finn is a Quantity Surveying student at Loughborough University and is currently undertaking his placement year at Synergy. He works across a few Synergy offices but is based primarily in the Guildford office. Finn is a big sports fan and enjoys both watching and playing cricket, football, golf and hockey, to name just a few. We hope he has fun with his time at the practice and is able to take away valuable tips and insights for his final year!

Harrison Tawiah – Finance Assistant

Harrison has joined our finance team in the Guildford office after previously working at the Royal Logistics Corps and is an enthusiastic and positive new member of the team.  He’s a bit of a bookworm and enjoys going on long walks as well as watching his favourite football team Arsenal win!
