Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) outcomes to be announced in May 2020
The ESFA have announced that the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) bid outcomes will be released in May 2020.
The Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) is an annual bidding round for eligible academies and sixth-form colleges to apply for capital funding. Funding is available to deal with school building condition items to ensure they remain safe and in good working order. This includes projects to rectify health and safety concerns, issues with building compliance and poor building condition. CIF also supports a small proportion of expansion projects.
Academies will be keen to hear the results of their submissions and we look forward to working with our clients to progress their projects over the coming months.
