Continued Growth for Synergy’s Project Management Team
The hard work and dedication of our project management team have led to a number of exciting project awards. As a result, Synergy is pleased to bolster our current project management division across all offices, and we are delighted to welcome:
Tommy Thompson – Associate Project Manager
With 20 years’ experience, Tommy has joined our Bath Office as an Associate Project Manager. Previously at JLL, Tommy brings a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors including health, higher education, commercial, retail and residential. As well as supporting regional projects, Tommy will work with our Partners to expand our portfolio across all regions, consolidate our existing client relationships and support our growing team in the Southwest.

Luke Norwood – Senior Project Manager
Luke has joined our London team as a Senior Project Manager. Luke has 13+ years’ experience in the construction industry, previously working in the CAT A commercial market delivering projects up to 500,000 sq ft for his respective Blue-Chip clients. Luke will be growing our London team and will work alongside our multidisciplinary teams in both the London and Southeast regions supporting our expanding client base.

Sen Devage – Assistant Project Manager
Sen joins Luke in London as an Assistant Project Manager. Dedicated and ambitious, Sen comes from a contracting background and will work with Luke on both supporting our London and Southeast teams as well as generating future opportunities.
