Raising a Capital receipt to fund education redevelopment
We are delighted to announce that Stephen Jopson from Synergy together with Richard Greenaway (Stanley Hicks) and Simon Uttley (Blessed Faringdon School) will be speaking at the next Education Construction Network (ECN) event on 29th June.
The Education Construction Network (ECN) was founded in 2012 and is the ‘brain child’ of Marcel Hendricks who set up the multi-discipline networking organisation in which members interact and share knowledge with peers who are working within the Education sector. Following the success of the ECN, the Residential Construction Network was launched in 2014, with 2016 seeing the arrival of the Healthcare Construction Network.
The topic on 29th June will cover the opportunities that can be available from a schools existing estate to fund education redevelopment. The discussion will cover the challenges and the benefits as well as a number of case studies including an end user experience of the process.
