Synergy Announce Successful Framework Appointment
Synergy has been selected for South East Consortium’s Consultancy Services Framework for Quantity Surveying Services.
The South East Consortium (SEC) was established in 2005 and is a consortium of 39 social landlords who manage around 400,000 properties located in the South East of England. Their mission is to support members in delivering a first-class service to residents through collaborative procurement and as such, they also partner with other consortia meaning the framework covers the whole of England and Wales.
The new three-year framework (with 1 further 12-month extension subject to review) is split into 12 lots covering multiple disciplines.
