Synergy selected as Property Consultants for The Diocese of Westminster Academy Trust
We are delighted to announce that Synergy has been selected by The Diocese of Westminster Academy Trust (DOWAT) as their Diocesan approved property consultant.
Over the next three years Synergy will support this Trust with strategic planning across all eleven schools. This will include condition surveys to assist the Trust in identifying and prioritising both planning preventative maintenance works and capital improvement projects.
Synergy will also assist in procuring and overseeing capital projects as well as providing general property and construction advice and support.
