Synergy selected for major expansion at Onslow St Audrey’s School, Hatfield
Synergy Construction and Property Consultants LLP is very pleased to have been appointed by the Danes Educational Trust for a significant expansion to Onslow St Audrey’s School in Hatfield. The project involves a new science teaching block with 7 laboratories, 4 classrooms, a sports hall, tennis courts, hard play area, all-weather pitch, car park and landscaping. This project is being built over 2 phases to start later this year.
Synergy are providing Project Management and QS services and partial design. Peter Baker, a partner at Synergy said that ‘Synergy were delighted to have been selected for this important project which brings our combined in-house disciplines together to deliver for our client a coordinated project’.
We are also very pleased to be building upon our long-standing relationship with Danes Educational Trust having completed several projects at St Clement Danes School where the Trust is based. Peter is bringing forward the planning design for tender purposes, David Hawtin is the Project Manager and Neil Walters is the QS, both partners in Synergy.
