Synergy to attend the ISBL National Conference 2019 as an exhibitor!

Following our approved partnership with the Institute of School Business Leadership, we are thrilled to announce Synergy’s attendance as an exhibitor at the ISBL National Conference 2019. This unique two-day event will take place in just a week’s time, at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st November.

The event will be bustling with over 300 delegates, all from a range of different schools and across multiple roles. It will provide the opportunity to network with fellow colleagues, enjoy an array of learning resources and gain specialist advice from experts in the education sector.  School business professionals can expect to take away valuable tools from tailored interactive workshops, high quality talks and policy direction.

With the focus this year on ‘illuminating leadership’, the conference will explore leadership across the sector, consider its impact, and invite professionals to answer the question – how are you illuminating yours and your colleague’s practice?

Some topics include:

  • Behavioural science: Positive motivation

  • Setting a communications strategy – ‘The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place’ – George Bernard Shaw

  • Developing and sustaining highly effective organisations / schools

At our first ISBL National Conference, Synergy is proud to share in the values of good practice and professional development that the ISBL encourages.  With vast experience of construction projects in education, from refurbishments, extensions and brand new builds, to state management and funding advice, our experts would be delighted to discuss how we can support your school.

If you are attending, drop by stand 76 and say hello to our friendly team.
