The results are in!
Annually we issue a feedback survey to our clients. The output from this survey is crucial as we continue to evolve our client service and management processes.
One of the key areas we monitor is our Net Promoter Score. This score is a world leading metric which measures client experience.
Clients are asked on a scale of 0-10 “How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend or colleague?”.
The score calculated yields the Net Promoter Score.
We were extremely delighted with this year’s score of 68. This is globally considered as excellent.
Providing excellence in service is a core focus for Synergy and this score reflects the dedication and passion of our teams to respond proactively to the needs of our clients.
