Neil joined the practice (then Parker & Browne) in March 1997 and was made a Partner in April 2008.
With over 30 years’ experience in Cost Consultancy, Neil has acquired considerable knowledge within the Education, Ecclesiastical, Commercial and Residential sectors. He also has experience of the heritage sector recently working with St Mary’s Church on Watford High Street, which is Grade I Listed. Across these sectors his portfolio of projects are diverse, from new builds, extensions, re-fits to refurbishment works.
