A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Rob has significant experience in the education, places of worship, mixed use, commercial and leisure sectors.
Originally from a contracting background, Rob joined the practice (which was then Parker & Browne) in 1994 and became a Full Partner in 2000. Rob is also the Partner responsible for the Marketing and Business Development function at Synergy.
During his career, Rob has gained a tremendous reputation within the education sector, particularly with independent schools. He has led and implemented the delivery of a wide range of projects including new sports facilities, sixth form centres, science buildings, new junior schools, libraries, multi-purpose halls, performing arts centres, boarding houses, academic centres, SEN facilities and design and technology schools.
He also provides comprehensive cost advice on Masterplans and feasibility studies.
Rob’s knowledge of ecclesiastical buildings is also second to none. Over many years he has led and implemented the delivery of numerous church projects.
Rob is also a trusted voice to the Independent Schools’ Bursars Association and often speaks at events as well as contributes editorial to the Bursar’s Review.
