Synergy CIF bid success!
Following a very busy Christmas period preparing Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) bids for Academies our Building Surveyors were delighted to secure funding for 43 projects with a total value of around £9.50 million.
Synergy’s successful bids cover a wide range of projects including, roofing, replacement windows, new boilers and heating systems, replacement buildings and safeguarding.
The Education Funding Agency received bids for over 3500 projects from around 2200 academies. A total of 1,366 projects were approved with a total value of £367 million.
