We can advise on sourcing high quality finishing materials, fittings and designers and the costs associated. We are familiar with the specialist conservation materials and methods required in heritage restoration as well as the modern high-tech services and systems demanded by contemporary living.
For many years we have also worked in the prime and super-prime housing market and understand the highly specialised and confidential nature of these projects.
Public & Housing Association
We understand how important it is to create homes that truly work for the people that live in them. Our goal in this sector is to deliver well-designed, practical and cost-effective housing that feels good to live in and compliments local communities.
We review every design and material choice carefully, to determine whether better value high quality alternatives are available. By applying lean construction principles we help to deliver smarter more efficient projects that enhance cost and programme.
We’re experienced in delivering low-carbon solutions and modern methods of construction, including off-site approaches.
Student Accomodation
We have worked on a number of student accommodation projects to provide convenient, modern and value for money schemes.
We have completed new boarding houses with en-suite facilities and have recently successfully delivered a new boarding house project at Ryde School on the Isle of Wight. Other projects include Ardingly and Worksop colleges as well as managing the re-ordering of student accommodation at Caterham School.
