Located on Croxted Road in Dulwich SE21 and occupying a former Unigate Dairy Site a mixed-use scheme has been carried out by The Dulwich Estate.
The £6.9m construction project comprised a four-storey mixed-use development incorporating a doctors’ surgery with seven consulting rooms, a pharmacy, three retail spaces and nine high specification apartments for letting. The doctors’ surgery is the new home for Rosendale Road Surgery, now named the Old Dairy Health Centre, providing state-of-the-art health facilities for local residents.
