Our Projects: St Philip Howard Catholic Primary School, Expansion project
Being the only Catholic primary school in Hatfield, St Philip Howard required expansion to cater for an increasing number of Catholic children in the area.
The spacious new two storey building comprises four modern classrooms and three group rooms. External finishes were carefully selected to ensure the building related sympathetically to the existing.
To minimise clutter and to maximise teaching and storage space the classrooms all include a state-of-the-art teaching wall which incorporate colour coded cabinets to give each classroom a unique identity. As well as providing storage the walls have interactive white boards with power and data cables discretely hidden away.
