Construction of a new showroom and workshop facility at Caffyns Volkswagen Eastbourne site. Following the part demolition of the existing showroom the building was extended and the adjacent warehouse converted to create a new 11 car showroom and a state-of-the-art workshop facility. In addition the car parking facilities was substantially extended on the site.
