A new home for the ultimate driving machine

A new home for the ultimate driving machine

Synergy were thrilled to work with Gascoyne Cecil Estates and Brooks Murray Architects on a transformational project to delicately restore a number of seventeenth and eighteenth century Listed farm buildings to create a new Aston Martin Showroom for Nicholas Mee and Co Ltd. The two-acre site in Essendon in Hertfordshire has been carefully developed to allow the Aston Martin specialist to showcase its offering whilst sensitively restoring the grade II listed timber barns to ensure their survival for the next hundred years.

The new facilities include a twenty two car showroom, customer reception, an upholstery workshop, office space, four mechanic bays with hydraulic lifts and two separate oblique bays all provided within a beautiful setting.

Synergy delivered both Cost Consultancy and Project management services on this stunning project.
