Bath Abbey Footprint Tour – Bath Property Collective
The Bath Property Collective is delighted to be hosting a tour of the recently completed Footprint Project at Bath Abbey. The tour will take place on Monday 11th December at 11am and there are 12 spaces available.
The Footprint project at Bath Abbey is about moving from past to future. Thanks to a pioneering multi-million-pound initiative, the Abbey’s historic floor has been saved from collapse and the building has been opened up to people in new ways, with new LED lighting system and underfloor heating that is powered by renewable energy from Bath’s famous hot springs.
The tour will be led by Senior Project Manager Nathan Ward, who previously worked as Project Director at Bath Abbey and was responsible for the delivery of Footprint. Nathan will highlight what changes were made throughout the project and what those changes mean to the Abbey and it’s thousands of visitors each year.
