Training as an apprentice in Edinburgh and completing the RICS external exams to qualify in 1986, Victoria has worked in various parts of the UK in private practice and in the higher education sector. Her passion for conservation inspired her to complete a diploma in historic buildings and she now works in this specialist area. Since joining the business in 2010 she has worked on a fascinating range of projects including the Footprint project at Bath Abbey, the restoration of the historic core at Margam Park and the multi-million pound programme of rescue works at Apethorpe Hall. Victoria is an Associate of the business and takes a keen interest in the training and advancement of others. Victoria is as an associate tutor with the College of Estate Management for BSc and Construction Diploma Courses as well as a key member of Synergy’s training committee.
Ken joined the business as a trainee quantity surveyor in 1997 and has progressed to become an Associate of the business. He has enjoyed being involved in a variety of interesting projects during his time with Synergy from an exciting Masterplan project at Selfridges, numerous prestigious education projects and as a key team member for the construction and delivery of all aspects of the electricity necessary to serve London 2012.
