Our Sectors: Heritage
Synergy has over 35 years experience in the Heritage Sector and our merger with Bare Leaning and Bare in 2008 enhanced the practice’s skill base. We are proud to offer our clients a wealth of experience in the cost and project management of repairs and alterations to heritage buildings. Synergy relishes being part of the conservation process and is committed to training and being at the forefront of research into the care and conservation of our heritage. Our heritage team is passionate about conservation, with many of our staff holding post graduate diplomas in building conservation. Many of the projects we are involved with are only possible by external funding from grant making bodies such HLF, Cadw, ERDF and various trust funds. We assist our clients by being an active part of the application process and the drawing down of grants to assist cashflows.
We work closely with the private owners of historic houses offering a personal and proactive service that ensures our clients get the best value in the repair and restoration of their properties.
We enjoy being part of the conservation process for these wonderful buildings and help to renovate, adapt and sympathetically bring in the 21st Century comforts of modern life, including the construction of new traditional and/or contemporary extensions.
Our portfolio of projects is extremely varied, from the most humble of cottages to manor houses and castles. We can advise on a variety of materials and finishes and offer our clients support for not just the buildings, but also the external landscaping.
