Careers: Structured Training
We are committed to supporting the development of all staff to ensure they reach their potential. We conduct regular reviews with individuals to identify skill gaps or development needs. A range of internal and external learning and development opportunities are made available across the business.
Graduates working towards their professional qualifications are allocated an APC Counsellor and Supervisor to support and guide them through the two years of structured training and help them prepare for the final assessment.
A number of our senior team are RICS assessors and councillors as well as ad-hoc lecturers to the RICS. Across our business a number of our staff have been supported in the advancement of their studies with many successfully gaining post-graduate diplomas.
