“We engaged Synergy as our Project Manager and Cost Consultant for the development phase of Bath Abbeys £19.3 million Footprint project – an initiative to repair the Abbey’s collapsing floor, install a new eco-friendly heating system using Bath’s hot springs, and provide new improved spaces and facilities to ensure the Abbey is more sustainable, hospitable and usable for the half a million people who use it every year. Synergy has consistently provided careful and considered Project Management and Cost Consultancy support and guidance to the Abbey and the rest of Footprint team truly ‘getting under the skin’ of the project to fully understand our future needs and develop with us a well-considered design and sensitive construction solution. We are now continuing to enjoy working with Synergy during the delivery phase as we forge ahead with our plans to make this ambitious and transformative project a reality”
