Please contact Jenny Howard on j.howard@synergyllp.com for further information.

“The Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) is an annual bidding round for eligible academies and sixth-form colleges to apply for capital funding. Funding is available to deal with school building condition items to ensure they remain safe and in good working order. This includes projects to rectify health and safety concerns, issues with building compliance and poor building condition. CIF also supports a small proportion of expansion projects.”
