Harlequins’ new Training Centre Opens
Designed and Project Managed by our Building Surveyors, the Harlequins’ new Elite Rugby Training Centre at Surrey Sports Park, Guildford was officially opened on 1st October, by Ian Ritchie, Chief Executive of the Rugby Football Union (RFU).
The new state-of-the-art building, formally squash courts, has been transformed into an elite training centre. The new accommodation provides first class changing rooms, medical and treatment suites, video and statistical analysis suites, meeting rooms and administration offices.
Our Building Surveyors worked closely with the Harlequins staff to develop a design which fully fulfilled their specialist requirements. Synergy’s H&S department also provide CDM-C services on this project. The project was on site for six months and was delivered within a tight budget and opened in time for the new Rugby Season.
