Synergy’s Net Promoter Score Further Increases
In 2020 the world saw the beginning of a global pandemic that created ripple effects across the world including the construction industry. As the industry adapted to a new way of working, so did our teams, an effort which saw a further increase in our Net Promoter Score via our latest client feedback exercise.
The score which indicates how likely an existing client would recommend our service saw an increase to 82 which is a significant statistic and classed as excellent. Experience, continuity, collaboration and passion are four key areas which underpin our business, and we are exceptionally proud of our team’s hard work in these unprecedented times.
