Our Projects: Ludlow Junior School, Southampton
Following a successful string of CIF funding applications, the Building Surveyors at Synergy have undertaken several projects to address defects to the existing heating, fire alarm and roofing systems at Ludlow Junior School.
With some areas considered emergency works and with time of the essence, the projects were not only completed in a remarkable 20 months, but also ahead of schedule and under budget. Synergy took advantage of the surplus time and money by designing and coordinating some additional landscaping works, following a successful application to the ESFA for reallocation of funding.
Located in the heart of Southampton, the landscaping works implemented by Valley Projects have left the school not only with an additional MUGA pitch but also with 625m2 of manicured lawn, complete with rolling hills, friendship benches and a teaching space.
Our work with Ludlow Junior School serves as a flagship example of Synergy’s extensive experience with procuring, coordinating and delivering multi-discipline projects within the education sector.
