Our Projects: St Thomas More Language College, Expansion and Refurbishment
Synergy were pleased to support St Thomas More Language College with expansion and improvement of their teaching facilities and in particular addressing their on-going safeguarding problems associated with the orientation of their main entrance.
These requirements were all amalgamated into a £300,000 project which comprised the reorganisation of two classrooms into three bright new modern teaching areas on the first floor and the formation of a new classroom from office space on the ground floor, complete with the creation of a superb new entrance into the Listed Building and reception from the conversion of an existing office space.
Since the existing first floor teaching spaces were badly ventilated, poorly lit and with acoustical issues, this project has had a huge impact on the teaching environment for both staff and pupils at the College.
Completed in August, our Building Surveying team were delighted to work with one of their schools on this transformational project.
