He is an enthusiastic surveyor who has built up an extensive portfolio of overseeing remedial works across various residential properties after working in Portsmouth City Council's reactive team.

Since joining Synergy he has proactively supported a wide range of education projects from vital maintenance improvements and condition surveys, to new school spaces.

Alfie has a keen interest in helping student's with their career paths and has supported various careers events attended or run by Synergy, giving advice about different routes to take based on his own experience throughout school and his degree.
