Assistant Building Surveyor
Fayaz joined Synergy’s building surveying team in 2022 and he is incredibly ambitious to begin the APC progress and become a Chartered Building Surveyor.
In his previous role, he developed in depth experience within the residential sector, working on repair and refurbishment projects varying from £20k - £500k. Since joining Synergy he has been competently supporting numerous education projects.
He has experience of dealing with matters such as defect investigation and diagnosis, specification of building works and contract administration.
