Mark is a commercially astute and accomplished Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years experience in construction commerce, development, property and negotiations.
He joined Synergy in 2021 as part of the strategic merger with Andrew Turner & Company.
Mark has been instrumental in devising and rolling out various corporate strategies such as new projects and developments.
He holds particular experience of managing high-end central London residential projects, with
individual construction values of between £1M and £14M. He is results-driven and commits to developing productive working relationships with design teams, contractors and clients.
Mark’s organisation and attention to detail is second to none, and his skills as a strong negotiator makes him suited to managing dynamic and complex projects.
