Junior Building Surveyor
Max works in the building surveying team in Synergy’s Guildford office supporting with education projects.
Max’s passion for his work comes from a strong belief that everyone should live, work or be educated in healthy, well-maintained buildings, as he understands the negative impact poor buildings can have on people.
He has excellent communication skills, from building strong client and colleague relationships to coordinating with contractors and the wider project team. Max’s keen interest in photography has allowed him to develop strong visual skills and an acute attention to detail needed to perform defect analysis.
Since joining the practice, Max has been involved in undertaking several condition surveys for school clients.
