Managing Partner

Paul joined Sawyer & Fisher in 1987, who then united with Synergy in April 2022. In 2023, Paul became joint Managing Partner alongside Duncan Ball.

A Chartered Surveyor, Paul has an extensive client portfolio with his current projects including new schools, residential developments and works to historic buildings.

He is currently contracted in the roles of Project Quantity Surveyor, Project Co-ordinator, Project Monitor and/or Employer’s Agent on a number of projects.

He also provides professional advice on building disputes, acted as an expert witness in court proceedings and respondent’s representative in adjudication proceedings.
