Roger joined Synergy as a Senior Building Surveyor in 2017 and progressed to Associate of the practice in 2022.
Roger has undertaken various professional and project work primarily within the Education sector including maintenance, refurbishment, compliance and extension projects.
He has worked closely with a large variety of schools both in the private and public sectors and has built strong, long-lasting relationships with many of these clients. In particular, he has worked on a diverse range of projects for the Bourne Education Trust and has implemented numerous condition/Planned Preventative Maintenance surveys across their school sites.
In addition, Roger has significant experience in defect diagnosis, specification writing, contact administration, dilapidations and party wall matters.
