Tricia joined Synergy as an Assistant Building Surveyor and swiftly progressed to the role of Building Surveyor.

Tricia throws herself into a variety of school projects, demonstrating an enthusiasm to learn and a natural aptitude for collaborating on building projects.

Tricia began her career as a Building Surveyor 8 years ago and has attained significant experience in the residential, education and commercial sectors during her work for both Lambeth and Hillingdon Council.

Tricia ensures she develops a strong working rapport with both clients and contractors to ensure a project is delivered to programme and meets the requirements of quality and cost.

She has worked on small and medium scale projects and is well versed in performing structural diagnostics followed by offering insightful proposals for remedial repairs.
