Zali Kelly
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Zali recently joined Synergy’s Bath office this year as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
She has wide-ranging, multi-disciplinary construction experience with a background in architecture and project management on top of her experience providing cost consultancy.
Her passion for historic buildings shines through her enthusiasm to complete her Masters degree in Conservation. She has an eagerness to learn and is committed to self development.
She has experience in developing tender documentation including Schedule of Works, Tender analysis, Final Accounts, Valuations and Cost Planning.
Since joining Synergy she has joined the project team for a multi-million pound refurbishment at Skinners Hall.
